In the time before David Beckham, there was a mythical beast that roamed the countryside on fox hunts and such, untamed and unladen by 12 airbags and displays in every corner.
The Defender might be a rare bread now, but some people still appreciate what it can do. Land Rover Germany has just revealed the Blaser Edition of the Defender, of which only 60 will be built, all based on the 110 SE double cab.
The vehicles are painted in Keswick Green to help them blend in to their German woodland environments and feature trail hitch, electric winch, snorkel, rear spot lights, expedition roof rack and chunky tires.
But the main selling point of the car is gun case in the back, which can hold up to five of your favorite wildlife killers.
The Defender Blaser Edition is sold with the 122bhp 2.2-liter turbo for €49,500.
