As you might have heard, Lamborghini is working on launching the Gallardo Final Edition, the final hurrah for the current generation V10 supercar which has served them well, becoming their best sold car ever.
Over the years, it’s spawned various configurations and has been steadily improved from the original 500 hp design, creating models like the LP560-4 and LP560-4 Spyder versions, the lightweight LP570-4 Superleggera, and the rear-wheel drive LP550-2 or LP550-2 Spyder. And let’s not forget about the limited edition Super Trofeo Stradale.

A new generation is most likely coming in 2014, with a concept version being shown before that to ensure a good formula is found by virtue of potential customer reaction.

Based on the lines of the Sesto Elemento, which oddly enough is also a V10 supercar, the replacement for the Gallardo has been render by LamboCARS.com in three different configurations, as the LP600-4, a Spyder drop-top with a folding fabric roof and the LP630-4 Superleggera. Can you imagine a Gallardo with Murcielago levels of power?
