Next year is important for Lambo, though, as they will be expanding into new markets, such as Singapore and Hong Kong, to try and offset slowing sales in Europe and China. They also opened a new dealership in India, currently the second one in the country, back in April, speculating on the fact that the number of millionaires is expected to double by 2015.
Lamborghini are banking on increasing demand in Hong Kong, Singapore and Southeast Asia, and demand in the US is ‘recovering’ - signs are good, though, as Winkelmann reported that there is a 18-month waiting list for the Aventador. They have yet to decide on the introduction of a SUV into their range, but have announced that a decision on the matter will be taken soon.
