We have a really cool Rowen Lamborghini to show you and it's not about the British comedian who plays mister Bean and crashed his McLaren P1. Together with the Ferrari 458 custom body kit we just showed you, Japanese tuners Rowen updated the look of an Aventador LP 700-4 and brought it in line with the bosozoku rides currently prowling Tokyo's streets.
The V12 supercar from Sant'Agata Bolognese spent many days covered in clay while the designers plotted out its future carbon fiber kit. Rowen added a massive front splitter held in place with brackets, side skirts that look like blades and larger air intakes. Round the back, they installed a diffuser and a spoiler on top of the lip. To top it all off, gold wheels seem to have been installed.
The language barrier is not helping us with explaining the finer details, but it seems even the headlights were changed, as they appear blue and have extra LEDs. As for the exhaust, this was fabricated by hand from titanium to give it the trademark Heatblue color, which Rowen are famous for across Japan. Below, you'll find a short video showing the Italian V12 breathing fire through its custom pipes and we think you'll agree it sounds brilliant.
For the Japanese, tuning is like a form of expression, art on wheels made from carbon fiber and paint. The typical speed limits there are 80 to 100 km/h on expressways and 40 km/h in urban areas. They are very strictly enforced by regulations which may seem hard by our standards, so the lowriding Aventador will likely not see a lot of action.
