Lamborghini Aventador and Gallardo Become Police Cars in Indonesia

We are really wondering what the next step in law enforcement public relations is, since the fashion of dressing supercars in police livery is already starting to look old. The latest move of this kind comes from Indonesia, where an Aventador and a Gallardo are now wearing uniforms.

Both Ranging Bulls are wearing a complete police livery, with the Aventador and the Gallardo gathering a lot of attention. Yes, attention, this seems to be the V22 duo’s purpose, at least for now. The two are currently displayed inside a shopping mall, as shown in the adjacent images, which come from Indonesian exotic cars spotter.

The light bars adorning the Lamborghini models do seem to mean business though, so we expect the pair of Lamborghinis to hit the Indonesian roads. While the Gallardo seen here appears to be the 2013 LP560-4, images of a Gallardo LP570-4 Supperlegera Indonesian police car have been floating around the web for a year now, another clue that these cars may actually spend time on the streets.

Alas, the latter aren’t exactly in top shape. Neither the Gallardo, not the Aventador come with adaptive dampers so, at best, the officers aboard the supercars may have a bumpy duty to perform everyday.

As you can see in one of the images, the display isn’t all a proud moment for the Lamborghinis - the pic shows a child in climbing on the Aventador’s door. Oh well, at least he is wearing a pair of slippers that appear to be rather soft.
