Ferrari didn't say anything about offering a "competizione" version for their latest LaFerrari, like they did with the Enzo. but that doesn't stop car designers to envision one, right?
Right! If created at Maranello, the EVOXX, as it was named by its designer, Luca Pilizzotto, would be the most powerful and expensive Ferrari. Why? Because looking back to the Italians has to offer, XX and Evo versions enhanced performance figures and came with outrageous price tag. OK, outrageous for us, not for the those billionaires that can afford one.
Getting back to Pilizzotto's rendering, the LaFerrari EVOXX was envisioned in the Enzo FXX / FXX Evoluzione tradition, with a two-tone white over Rosso Corsa paint job, larger air splitter and minor aerodynamic tweaks.
This LaFerrari EVOXX "competizione" car looks very cool if you ask us, except for that white V-shape trunk pattern. While the Enzo really had a V-shaped boot, the LaFerrari would need something a bit more inspired and less Enzo-looking. We're pretty sure Maranello would agree…
Now let's wait and see if the Italian supercar manufacturer will indeed offer such an exclusive LaFerrari, which, by the way, will be built in just 499 units and has more than 1,000 customer requests.
