With this year's edition of the Paris Motor Show approaching fast, one of the most anticipated debuts of the French event is the LaFerrari Aperta.
We've talked about the open-top LaF on multiple occasions, from the official "reveal" to a series of renderings showing the machine using various eye-catching liveries.

However, we're curious what comes after the open-air Maranello halo car makes its debut - Ferrari may or may not deliver a special edition based on its halo car.

And while we have no evidence that would support either version at the moment, nothing can stop us from dreaming about such a velocity behemoth. In fact, we even have things that help with such adventures, such as the rendering you see here.

The pixel manipulation comes from rc82 workchop, showing us what would happen of the Italians decided to give the LaFerrari a GTO makeover.

One of the paths that might lead to such a development could be linked to a customer turning to Ferrari's One-Off program. As the automaker has reminded us earlier this year, it enjoys helping buyers enjoy one-out-of-one speed demons.

Nevertheless, since the 458 MM Speciale we're talking about here came with a price of around EUR3 million ($3.3 million), it's difficult to estimate the financial side of a LaFerrari-based one-off, providing that the carmaker would offer a positive response to such a request.

Speaking of which, Ferrari one-offs are sold out until 2021 and this isn't just due to the demand. We also have to factor in the production, which is limited to three vehicles per year - after all, Enzo Ferrari was the man behind the "one less Ferrari than the market demands" principle, so we don't expect things to change just because the company is now active on the stock market. But this is another story for another time.
