Kia Soul is surely one of the most popular models released by the South Korean manufacturer in the United States and the company tries to keep up interest through the release of several special edition version with unique features. Shortly after the public launch of the car, the parent manufacturer introduced the Soul Denim, a model which came with several exterior and interior enhancements.

Kia is now rolling out the 2010 Soul Special Edition Package 2, a customized series that also comprises new features at both the interior and exterior. Is is based, according to kia-world.net, on the Sould + trim, but also comes with a wide array of new features.

The first eye-catchy thing on the new Soul is the color. The company painted it in Ignition Orange, a first for the US-bound Soul. A brand new set of 18-inch alloy wheels are also offered, along with aluminum fuel door and fender vents. A sport suspension plus rear sport spoiler, a new bodykit and fog beams contribute to the overall sporty stance on the road.

A black dashboard greets the driver when getting behind the wheel. Black seats with white Soul logo inserts are now offered as standard. Additionally, the car comes by default with moonroof and an upgraded audio system that also comprises steering-wheel mounted controls and iPod connectivity.

Curiously, Kia hasn't released an official announcement for this particular model but the aforementioned source claims the car is already on sale across the US dealership network. Prices begin at $18,550.
