The new Picanto follows the current trend of European-made design for a better market integration, as the future A-segment player has been penned by the automotive producer’s European specialists. The process took place in Frankfurt, Germany and was supervised by Chief Design Officer, Peter Schreyes. This is a pathway that has recently been used by multiple models in order to gain the visual aspects that appeal to European customers.
As we are dealing with a sketch, we can see certain eye-catching elements that really delight us but won’t make it into production. We are talking about goodies like those generously-sized alloy rims. Speaking of production-related information, we have to mention that the vehicle will share its underpinnings with the Hyundai i10.
If you’re curios to see the production incarnation of the model in person, be sure to visit next year’s Geneva Auto Show (March), as the vehicle will make its world debut at the event. For now, the company has only offered us the UK market release date - the vehicle will be available on the British market starting from late spring.
