Kawasaki ZX-14R Handlebar Conversion Kit for Upright Riding
text size: A- A+
One of the reasons some guys are not going to buy sporty bikes is the riding position: being all crammed atop of the machine may not be critical for 1 hour or so, riding across or around the city, getting to stretch at traffic lights and so on. However, if one plans to take the bike on some longer trips, problem will arise.
The Spiegler conversion kit replaces the clip-on with a straighter handlebar which offers a more relaxed, upright position, while still maintaining the stock, factory looks and accommodating all the controls.
The price is $529 (€395) and the kit comprises the aluminum Superbike Low Fatbar XN1 bar, anodized billet aluminium top clamp, steel brake like and all the necessary mounting hardware, making swapping a breeze. Now, if you love your 2012-2013 ZX-14R but feel like you could also use less shoulder, forearm and wrist strain, this is the way to go.
