Kahn Customizes Lauge Jensen Motorcycle

You may or may not be familiar with Lauge Jensen motorcycles. We are talking about a startup Danish maker that builds bikes for the kind of people who look at Harley-Davidsons and say “mainstream”. The whole story is done in the all fashioned way, where you go and meet those building your bike in order to tell them exactly what you want. Well, it seems that the customization has been taken to another level, with British specialist Kahn now working on a Lauge Jensen.

Kahn, a company that started out tuning Range Rovers and expanded to a whole range of plush rides, has released the adjacent teaser, along with some info on their moto project.

The first custom elements you will notice on the Kahn Lauge Jensen will be the handle bars, front fork and rear lamp, which promise to match the bike’s signature rear fender. Staying in the rear end area, the exhaust tips have also received attention.

In addition, Kahn has used its leather play for the seats, using perforated leather for the job. The “interior” chapter goes on with drilled pedals and custom dials.

Oh and by the way, when we said “old school” above, we were not referring to the tech side of the story. The Lauge Jensen features a V2 engine able of offering it a 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) sprint time of under 4 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 160 mph (260 km/h). Note that this is the only motorcycle in the world to meet the EURO4 emission standards that haven’t been enforced yet.
