In the world of E30 tuning there are quite a few cars that stand out, too many to keep them all in check. However, we’ll show you one every now and again, just to keep you interested.
One such beauty comes from a Connecticut-based automotive design company, named JSUTAI (pronounced ‘Jay-Sue-Tai’) that is determined to make a name for itself though unique projects such as this one.
They will actually take care of everything from bodywork and paint to suspension and wheels, making your dream come true. To prove that they are serious about tuning E30s, they invited the guys from Stance Works to stop by and take a couple of photos of their latest project.
The wheels come from BBS, of course, as we’ve been getting used to ever since BMW launched the car in the first place. They are RSs, what else, with matte black faces and pink and teal stripes on the lips, making the car an instant showstopper.
The S14 engine under the bonnet is now hooked up to a Supersprint exhaust that causes mayhem everywhere it goes and a sharper pedal response throughout the entire rev band. On the outside, EVO bits and pieces have been added alongside VAC Motorsports bumper components. Bride seats and a Nardi steering wheel complete this package that is beautiful and classy at the same time, despite being conceived nearly 3 decades ago.
