John Mayer Selling Ford GT Heritage Edition

With 10 million albums sold in the US and 20 million worldwide, as well as collaboration with many well known pop and blues artists, you could say that John Mayer has had his fair share of success in his musical career.

The 34-year old is reportedly dating Katy Perry now. However, it seems he’s also trying to put his rocker years behind him and is selling the Ford GT supercar that he owned on eBay.

The car is listed at a staggering $265,000 but considering it’s also a special edition, we’d say it’s not a completely unfair price. The GT also comes with all the goodies, like a trick sound system, a wrap in 3M body protection, and tinted windows.

The 2006 Ford GT Heritage Edition was built to commemorate Ford’s Le Mans victories in 1968 and 1969. It features a paintjob in Heritage Blue and Epic Orange, the same colors used by the original Golf Oil racing cars.
