Uploaded on Youtube by Jezza's daughter Emily, this 34-second ice bucket challenge video is one of the most humorous attempts to raise awareness on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. ALS is the most common of the five motor neuron diseases and also the fuel that sparked the viral Internet phenomenon.
ALS ice bucket challenge rules are very simple: if someone nominates you, then you're left with two choices. The first option is to record a video of how a bucket full of ice and water is poured over your head and challenge others to do the same thing within 24 hours. If you're a chicken and don't want to get wet, you have to donate $100 to the ALS Association.

Up to now, a lot of high profile figures accepted the challenge: Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Vin Diesel, F1 drivers Lewis Hamilton and Daniel Ricciardo, MotoGP rider Valentino Rossi and even Toyota president Akio Toyoda. The list is getting longer with every passing day. Even though Clarkson may be an oaf sometimes, the Top Gear UK host has provided us petrolheads with what we regard as the best ALS ice bucket challenge video yet. Come on, just look at him sleeping on a lounge chair in his Hawaiian shorts!

Doesn't Clarkson remind you of some sort of reptile soaking up the sun? As if that scene wasn't enough to crack you up, just pause the video at the 6-second mark and observe the Egyptian pharaoh-like hands across his chest, holding a pair of reading glasses and a pack of cigarettes. But the best moment is the way Jeremy Clarkson reacts after he receives a bucket metallic jug full of cold water over his head.
