Jay Leno Drives VWerks Red Jacket Jeep

Jay Leno is in the mood for some cusstom offroadrs, and today it’s the turn of a very cool pickup trailblazer based on the Jeep Wrangler. They start out with a 2012 Wrangler and turn it into this machine. VWerks is actually the company that makes the Mopar kit for this, and we love them for it.
Everything from the B-pilar back is brand new and made from sheetmetal. Interestingly, Jay finds out the top is made by the Amish. The engine should be potent enough for anybody, the V6 Pentrastar that has just been introduced to this vehicle.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
