After conquering most of Asia with their tenacity and vigor, but in the end they were no match for the industrial might of the Americans. What’s more, the M4 Sherman wasn’t a particularly powerful killing machine, but the Japanese tanks were no match even for this.
We believe we found Japan’s secret weapon which could have swung the war in their favor had they been able to put it into production.
It’s called the “SECRET WEAPON” (says so on the side) and it’s a tank (fake tank) dragster powered by a Westinghouse J34 jet engine used by US Air Force jets in the late 40s and early 50s. This puts out the equivalent of 17,000 horsepower and can reach 500 km/h.
The dragster costs 2,500,000JPY per run (approximately $32,500). This video was shot at the Fuji speedway, which has the longest straight of all the GP circuits.
