Italika Motorcycles Get Past the 1Millionth Bike
Italika has initially started building bikes based on Korean Hyosung machines, but not they are on their own and it looks like they are faring quite well, too. Italika are sitting comfortably in the leading position in Mexico with a 63% market share and they're selling bikes in other Latin American countries, such as Guatemala, Brazil, Honduras, Peru, Panama, El Salvador and Argentina.
They're manufacturing all types of vehicles, from scooters and ATVs to choppers, sport, dual-purpose and naked bikes. However, the bikes are in the small-displacement segment, with the top models being in the 200cc class. We took a look at all the Italika machines and there is one thing we loved best: they are all in black and red schemes, and this means a strong identity, pretty much in the vein of KTM, as far as looks are concerned.
So now, when you're going to see an Italika bike in real-life, you'll know what they're about. We heard it from MotorBiker.
