The fact that Bugatti is working on a Super Veyron for the 2014 model year is no longer a secret. However, we still don’t know how the new Molsheim-developed hypercar will look like and the French company is still mum on... well, about everything.
Now that things have been pretty quiet for almost three weeks, the future 1,500 HP Bugatti Veyron came back in the spotlight via CarBuzz, who claims to have received a batch of photos with the new vehicle from a “source close to the French carmaker”. They could be either from “Bugatti’s drawing table” or just “an interpretation based on information the tipster has gleaned”.
We’re obviously dealing with some renderings based on already existing photos of the current Bugatti Veyron (scroll below for a rendering-official photo comparo), so you’d better keep that grain of salt nearby. However, if the new styling proves to be real, the next Veyron is set to become more aggressive by design, with new sleek and muscular lines which will fit the vehicle’s improved performance figures.
For now, it looks like we’re just going to have to keep our shirts on and wait for more info to surface. Until then, you can head over to CarBuzz and see more renderings of the so-called next-generation Veyron.
