American tattoo artist and owner of Miami-based Handcrafted Tatoo And Art Gallery was pulled over by police in Florida, this weekend after he allegedly jumped a stop sign. The Ink Master judge was suspected of being driving under the influence of either alcohol or drugs.
Who says tattoos have nothing to do with being bad boy any more should rethink his position, at least this is the case with this fellow. Nunez became famous around town ever since he featured tattoo artists on TLC’s reality television program Miami Ink but fans probably love the guy for his work.

Point is, fame does not really help with police when it comes to jumping the red light. According to TMZ, the TV star was taken to jail before being released hours later. And to be honest with you, the mugshot released by Browar County Sheriff’s Office shows Chris smiling at the camera, into what would make for the proper after party pose, if you ask us.

As to his work, few probably know Nunez has been working pretty hard to get where he is now. In fact, he literally started from the streets, considering that he was initially a graffiti artist. Chris switched to tattooing, though even after opening a tattoo shop with friends, he continued to do part-time construction work.

However, along with the ink shops and his TV ventures, Nunez managed to get pretty serious with his career. He is a partner in the media corporation Ridgeline Empire, which operates the subsidiaries Ink Skins and Upset Gentlemen and an animation studio with two animated series in development as of 2014: Hoodbrats and Toothians.
