Hyundai has announced a partnership with online website Reevoo that will result into user-generated ratings and reviews for the company’s car line-up being posted on the automaker’s British website.
According to Hyundai, owners will have the opportunity to tell potential buyers what their cars are like to live with day-to-day and rate all products on Hyundai’s official website. In addition, all Reevoo’s verified responses and customer testimonials will also be included in search engine results, making it easier for new buyers to find out more about a particular model, while Reevoo ratings will be displayed on Hyundai’s mobile website.
“According to Hyundai’s own research, three out of four buyers will read owner reviews as part of their purchase research. That is why we have chosen to carry the Reevoo ratings alongside our products,” said Andrew Cullis, marketing director at Hyundai Motor UK.
“Having these independent reviews improves the customer experience as all the information required to make an informed decision, is in one place. The reviews also benefit us as the manufacturer, as it gives us the chance to build a better understanding of what our owners think. From this feedback, Hyundai can then identify areas to improve existing products and services,” he added.
