Hyundai i30 Online Hypnosis Film Is Illegal on TV

Hyundai is making big waves today with a very strange marketing campaign for the i30 hatchback, a direct rival to the Volkswagen Golf. The videos we are about to show you are supposedly from Hyundai Holland, but we suspect they will be introduced across Europe in the coming days.
With the help of British hypnotist Peter Powers, the automaker wants to basically trick you into liking the new i30 and then turn you back. They even tell you that it’s illegal to broadcast on TV!

"Professional hypnotist Peter Powers will let you experience a unique online hypnosis experiment. An experiment that would be extremely illegal to broadcast on TV. None of the participants in this trailer are actors and the hypnosis is 100% real,” Hyundai says.

Just watch the video on hypnose.i30.nl and let the magic happen!

Editor’s note: I’ve looked at this sort of videos before. He uses suggestions like “if you felt YOU FEEL you feel your hands getting really tight, than you will BE OPEN TO HYPNOSIS”, and also makes use of changes in state by using commands like “relax”, “respond” or “start enjoying”. This isn’t real hypnosis, it’s relaxation turned into strong suggestion. The Hypnotic spiral does noting except to give you something else to focus on while you involuntarily take the information in, shuting off your logic filters that would have looked into what he’s saying.

But if this video uses the same sort of suggestions as the self help hypnosis videos I’ve looked over in the past, there is no way they will take away the feeling that the Hyundai i30 hatch is pleasant, relaxing, enjoyable, safe and all the other characteristics that are implied. You’ll still think it will make you happy and joyous, so just open up a drifting video and you’ll soon forged about the Koran car.
