As the official timekeeper of Ferrari’s races, Hublot has recently unveiled a new pop-up store in the Grand Atrium of the Dubai Mall to kick-off the Challenge with its Ferrari F1 racing simulator. Customers will have the chance to prove their racing abilities and, if they’re good enough at it, even win a real track experience on the Yas Marina circuit during the Ferrari Finali Mondiali, set for Dec 3-6.
The Middle East is getting more and more interesting for luxury companies around the world to invest in and Hublot’s recent move is just another proof for that. The Swiss luxury watch maker is the official timekeeper of Ferrari and has been present on Dubai’s market for over 10 years know. The company claims their challenge is meant to drive attention to Hublot, as the show will travel in more than one Middle Eastern city.

Long story short, fans will have the opportunity to race against Ferrari F1 drivers in the simulator. The winner from the Dubai pop-up will compete in the final round in Abu Dhabi with the possibility of winning a real track experience on the Yas Marina circuit.

The race simulator kicked-off on Wednesday and will run until the 14th of the month, as such will the pop-up store. The launch was attended by Jean-Claude Biver, the CEO of Hublot and His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Among the watches inspired by Ferrari a collection of Pop Art reinterpretations will also be available, watches that elude to the 1970s cultural trend in the United States.

There you go, now you know what to do in your next trip to Dubai...
