Have you ever locked your keys inside your car? What about the boot, an even worse place since you can’t see where they are.
Locking your keys in the car is very frustrating as you’ll either have to go home and take the spare set or find the least destructive way to break into the car. Furthermore, probably one of the most common human errors is to drive somewhere, taking or putting something in the trunk and forgetting the keys in there.
In older cars, this was equivalent to a trip home on foot or breaking the lock, but luckily, Lexus figured this inconvenience out. If for some reason you forgot your Lexus RX key fob in the boot and closed the lid, there is no need to panic.
