Hamann Mercedes SLS AMG Hawk Spotted in Monaco

Some of Europe and Middle Asia’s biggest cars spenders are descending upon the famous luxury destination right now, as Top Marques 2012 in Monaco is getting underway. So naturally, some very famous tuned cars are also on the scene.
This is the Hamann Hawk based on the Mercedes Ben SLS AMG, and by the judging by that very unique blend of colors, it’s actually the show car that was unveiled in Geneva last year. French supercar spotter Alex Smalik was the one posted this particular video, but Monaco is literally crawling with camera and tele-lenzes right now.

The Hamann Hawk is an extreme incarnation of the SLS, featuring a the Hamann Hawk, the project screams “tuning!”, as it covers the car in a two-tone finish that mixes the Everose Gold color with carbon fiber. The SLS wears a widebody kit that really transforms the vehicle and also includes carbon fiber elements. The icing on the aerodynamic cake is a massive rear wing, also made of the lightweight material.

On the engine front, the naturally aspirated 6.2-liter AMG V8 now features a ew manifolds, a custom exhaust that is made of titanium, a sports air filter, as well as an ECU remap, with the unit now producing 636 hp and 680 Nm of torque.
