The contemporary times are seeing the automotive world connecting with more and more areas in order to offer us special creations that come to create a storm of emotions for the people that come in contact with them.
The latest such out-of-this-world vehicle we’ve come across is a cocktail that blends a V8 with champagne! And we’re not talking about any V8 and champagne. This is a mix that uses two “creme de la creme” ingredients: an Aston Martin V8 Vantage Convertible and Blanc de Blancs champagne. The combination has been created by Graf Weckerle, a German aftermarket developer.
The vehicle’s exterior and interior bring an explosion of white, also adding green and gold touches from the Blanc de Blancs champagne bottle. One of the most impressive features of the car is its set of custom rims. These come in a 21-inch size and use a design inspired by the Graf Weckerle logo. The company’s specialists need up to 20 days to hand-build the wheels, so we are talking serious business here. Yes, they are opulent and they use 180 parts made from titanium and aluminum. If you think that is impressive, just take a look at the interior: here you’ll find 24 karat gold elements.
However, this is not an “all show and no go” modification, as the vehicle’s 4.7 liter engine has also been tweaked. No, it doesn’t run on champagne, but its output has been increased from 426 to 470 hp.
Graf Weckerle also offers high-end modification packages for the Aston Martin DBS and the Ferrari 599 GTB and the company is currently working to develop a project based on the Ferrari 458 Italia.
