Geneva 2012: Ford B-Max [Live Photos]
The B-Max was also the vehicle chosen by the Blue Oval to introduce the SYNC system to the European market, with this being just one of the features that the car will treat its users with.
Under the hood, we find the new Ford 1.0-liter EcoBoost engine, which allows customers to choose between two levels of power: 100 and 125 hp. This is the latest example of downsizing on the market and promise to offer a greener alternative to naturally aspirated 1.4- and 1.6-liter units. We also have a non-turbo 1.4-liter Durate that delivers 90 hp, as well as a naturally aspirated 1.6-liter Duractec that developes 105 hp. Diesel lovers can go for a 1.6-liter TDCi unit delivering 95 hp or for a 1.5-liter TDCi that produces 75 hp.
