German specialist Geiger Cars has announced the introduction of a tuning program for the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 that makes the American musclecar more powerful and faster.
Now delivering no less than 780 HP and 984 Nm (725 lb-ft) of torque, the ZL1’s supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine was enhanced with new pistons, new crankshaft, updated camshafts, a larger intercooler and optimized cylinder heads. The new power. Geiger says the new output enables the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.7 seconds, hit a top speed of 338 km/h (210 mph) and run the quarter mile in 11.9 seconds.
As far as exterior updates go, Geiger’s Camaro LS9 received a new front grille, 19 and 20-inch Goysar wheels wrapped in Michelin Cup tires, green front splitter and diffuser and a barcode that leads straight to the company’s website. The musclecar was also fitted with a new exhaust system and KW racing suspension.
The package costs up to €138,090, not including the base Camaro ZL1, which can be had for €68,000 in Germany.
