With a thumping twin-turbo V8 engine sending power to six huge wheels, the G 63 AMG 6x6 can be called a great many things – monster, truck, rare and powerful. But nobody would ever think it lives a double life, moonlighting as a racing car.
Supercar spotter Marchettino filmed this mind-blowing video of the 6x6 being raced on a track, among supercars like the Ferrari 458 Italia or the Lamborghini Aventador. This took place during an organized track event this weekend at the Circuit Park Zandvoort, near the North Sea coast of the Netherlands.

Handling characteristics? Well… with over 3 tons of weight sitting high above the ground, the understeer is visible to the naked eye, as it the fact that one of the rear wheels lifted up in the corners. Still, the mighty G 63 AMG 6x6 does not embarrass itself in any way and causes quite the spectacle in supercar-laden paddocks. In the world of exotics, this has the most locking diffs, the largest alloys and probably the best interior at Zandvoort. There's eve one shot where it passes by a Nissan Navara and clearly towers over an otherwise large pickup truck by about a meter (3 feet).

This particular example of the 6x6 belongs to ASV Mercedes Benz, a dealer from the Netherlands that's been in business since 1981.

But the really interesting part is that we've found it for sale on online auction website mobile.de, where ASV advertised it for €484,000. According to the description made there, it's got only 64 kilometers (about 36 miles) on the odometer and the pictures show it has plastic covers on the scuff plates.

Editor's note: "Brand new G 63 AMG 6x6. One careful owner, low miles, never been raced..."
