Ford Motor Co. has announced that the celebration of 50 years of Mustang, which is scheduled to commence on April 16, will be held at two different locations by both the Blue Oval company and the Mustang Club of America.
Open to everyone, not just Mustang owners and Mustang Club of America members, the event will be simultaneously held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina, and at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The celebrations will begin on April 16 with vendors and exhibits and will end on April 20 when several Ford Mustangs will parade laps around both speedways. More details on the Mustang’s 50th Anniversary celebrations is available in the official press release below.
Until then, make sure you stick around for the unveiling of the 2015 Ford Mustang on December 5. The new pony will be revealed in six cities around the world - Dearborn, New York, Los Angeles, Barcelona (Spain), Shanghai (China) and Sydney (Australia).
