Shocking footage taken by CCTV cameras show Russian international soccer star Andrey Yeshchenko rushing on a driveway when he suddenly loses control of the car and storms into an electricity pole on the side. Photographs with the totaled Nissan GT-R show how great the impact was as investigations proved the sportsman was doing 105 mph (170 km/h) at the moment of impact.
The accident happened close to the city center of southwestern Krasnodar, and it’s still not clear whether or not Yeshchenko was under the influence.

Miraculously, the footage shows how, after the crash, the footballer leaves the instantly-destroyed supercar on his feet. Local reports claim that the Russian sportsman refused any medical examination or help.

The footage shows exactly how powerful the Nissan GT-R is. Let's not forget, it takes under 3 seconds to reach the 60 mph mark driving this beast.

In other words, things can easily slip out of control. After all, we’re looking at 1.8-tonne vehicle powered by a 3.8-liter DOHC twin-turbo V6 engine that develops 552 horsepower and 451 lb-ft (612 Nm) of torque.

Yeshchenko, a professional football player who is currently a defender for Kuban Krasnodar on loan from Anzhi Makhachkala, made his national debut on 11 September 2012 in a 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Israel. In June, last year he was included in Russia’s 2014 FIFA World Cup squad.

For a defender, the 31-year-old soccer player sure likes to push the pedal to the metal. Judging by the way the vehicle looks it’s also safe to say he is one lucky fellow.
