The Fiat 500 is much more than just a modern reinterpretation of the classic 500, with the vehicle becoming representative for the Fiat range. One of Fiat’s gifts for the 500 is the multitude of special edition that have been released since the car was introduced on the market. By now, you can guess that in this article we will present one of this bespoke 500s.
This time, the Italian automotive producer has created a limited production version of the 500 that is only destined for the Japanese market.
Dubbed the 500 Arancia (the word means “orange” in Italian), the vehicle comes with a custom... orange paint, with the finish beautifully highlighting its exterior design features.
The vehicle also comes with a set of “normal” optional features from the 500 range, such as the exterior chrome package, which brings a chrome finish for the front and rear fascia, door mirrors and side window frames. Another example would be the 15 inch alloy rims that use a multi-spoke design and come with 185/55 R15 tires.
The same color is used for the car’s dashboard. The rest of the interior comes in a dark finish, with the exception of the steering wheel and two elements from the center console, which are painted white.
Fiat announced that it will only build 300 units of the 500 Arancia, so the car will offer a high level of exclusivity.
autoevolution tested the Fiat 500 (we chose the pocket-rocket Abarth 500). You can read the review here.
