The idea of a Ferrari SUV has been around for quite a while and yet, at least for the time being, the Italian producer does not seem to close to such a development. Well, it appears that some people are so eager to see this happening that they deny the Prancing Horse’s reality and substitute their own. Like the man who customized the Porsche Cayenne in the adjacent images.
We are talking about a Cayenne dressed up to look like a Ferrari. The starting point was a first-generation Cayenne S, which was fitted with a custom body kit, dressed in a share of red echoing Ferrari’s Rosso Corsa and, get this, adorned with Prancing Horse emblems.

The naturally-aspirated V8 engine has also been fiddled with, having been forced to wear a LPG conversion. Well, at least the interior remained untouched...

This FerrPorschini is, of course, for sale on eBay, being found in the UK And its description is every little bit as shocking as the car itself.

Just be prepared to move past the English language abuse prior to reading this: “ I know your wondering why is their Ferrari badges on a Porsche Car the thing is people dont know what car it is and fall for it thinking it is Ferrari along with the noise which puts the 458 Italia to shame”.

We are told this is a 2003 Cayenne (the headlights belong to the facelifted models, but the taillight give it away) with 66,000 miles on its odometer. The owner even explains that the badges, which he claims are original Ferrari items, can be replaced with Porsche ones.

It was this precise Porsche Cayenne generation that many named a heresy when Porsche first introduced its SUV, but this guy took things to an absurd level. Oh and by the way, this somehow reminds us of the 2005 Volvo XC90 PUV Concept, a vehicle we would’ve actually liked to see going into production.

For a good laugh, you can check out the ebay ad yourself.
