Having a supercar and having to leave it in the garage for more than half the year means you’re not getting you’re money’s worth. Ferrari owners have been complaining about this problem for years, and when the exotic car maker made a replacement for the 612, they gave into their demand and made it all-wheel drive.
Ferrari gifted he FF with a really complicated system that uses a second gearbox with two speeds in front of the crank case. This drives the front wheels, but only up to a certain speed. This sort of compromise is to be expected if you want it to be light, but rest of the car is just stunning.
The guys at Novitec Rosso took notice and made the beast even more aggressive and angry with a custom exhaust for the 6.3-liter V12 engine. We know that with an ECU remap, this custom exhaust will push output 702 hp, which can be translated into an increase of 42 hp.
But perhaps the most striking difference is the sound. Don’t believe us? Just watch the official video from the tuner. While going through a small tunnel at 2:10, the FF sounds much like an F1 car does.
