An accident involving a Ferrari F430 Scuderia happened over the weekend, on Saturday at 9 PM. The car was driven by Jacques Devergnies, commercial director of the National Lottery in Belgium. The car was most likely going very fast, as it slammed into a lamp post and hit the hit the center reservation, splitting in two down the middle.

Both the 63-year old driver and his passenger, a 15-year old boy were killed in the crash. It seems that the boy was the son of a colleague. Just goes to show anything can happen when you’re racing supercars.
