The Italians used to be the biggest supercar buyers in Europe. They even invented the formula and drank it on mass until the government sent the Carabinieri and Guardia di Finanza after the tax evaders and the people buying Ferrari company cars.
This means sales of new supercars have plummeted in Italy, making every example left a precious commodity.

This 355 GTS is a very special car, rather it used to be before a 22-year old driver wrecked it in Vicenza. The crash which appears to have taken place on city streets was caused by wet road conditions and claimed the life of the driver and tragically also that of an 11-year old passenger.

Only about 2500 of these cars were ever made, all equipped with a removable targa top which you could store behind the seats.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
