Despite costing a fortune to buy and requiring a considerable commitment to pumping gas, the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG is quite a common car. And by car, we mean something that's as tall, heavy and square as a tank.
This presents a huge market for companies that sell everything from huge alloys to carbon fiver hoods and engine mods. Today, DMC Germany is making its presence felt with this project called "EXTREM". It's a very shouty name for a very shouty car, packing 700 horsepower from the 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 that motivates it.
The tuner also presents a body kit for your consideration. This consists of a carbon fiber vented hood and a roof spoiler plus aero wing. The look is similar to what Brabus and Mansory offer, just a bit more subtle and distinguished.
The most obvious bits on the whole vehicle are a set of gold wheels. The company offers a wide verity of Monoblock or 3-PCS design rims, with sizes varying between 23 and 25 inches. And because the owners are bound to push this 700 horsepower tank too fast into the corners, the alloys come ready-wrapped in 305 Pirelli P-Zero tires.
So why a G-Wagon? Well, DMC Germany is a company that specializes in carbon fiber body kits for Ferraris and Lamborghinis. However, most of the people who own the 458 or the Aventador also have a premium SUV or two somewhere around the house.
