Dacia Duster Gets Aftermarket Headlights with Integrated LED Daytime Runners

The Dacia Duster was a stroke of genius for the guys at Renault, who turned a humble Clio platform into the most affordable family crossover currently on sale in Europe. However, as practical as it is, the formula used to make the Duster cheap also makes it very generic.

Because there are very few factory-fitted options, we though we'd delve deep into the aftermarket parts bin and give you something really special. A German company called LZparts has just released a new headlight set for the Duster. Starting from just €290 for the pair, they feature LED daytime running lights and an auto dimming function.

The TUV-approved component uses H7 bulbs for the low beam and H1 for the high beam. Chrome bulbs are used to sharpen the look of the indicators located at the top while a lens covering the low beams fools you into thinking this is a very expensive xenon setup.

Unfortunately, at the time of writing, LZparts says they've discovered a small problem with the system. Orders are being stopped and customers who have already payed for the system are being given their money back.

If you're set on having an original Duster that's different to the hundreds of thousands out there, stay glued to lzparts.de for updates.
