Romanian budged car brand Dacia has just revealed the Duster Air and Sandero Black Touch, two special editions that feature updated styling, trim and will officially bow at next weeks Paris Motor Show.
Starting off with the Duster Air, this is based on the top Laureate trim level of the Duster facelift and features an aviation theme. On the outside, it's set apart by tinted windows, new 16-inch alloy wheels finished in gunmetal gray and Imperial Yellow door mirrors. Yellow is also used for the special stickers that have been applied on the hood and rear doors, resembling an airplane's altimeter.
The same shade of yellow accents can be seen inside the cabin, applied to the borders of the floor mats and seat covers. Prices for the Duster Air start at €16,200 in France, with engine choices being limited to just two: 1.2 TCe 125 petrol available only with front-wheel drive and 1.5 dCi that also comes with AWD.
Moving on to the Sandero Touch, this model is arguably more understated, though still based on the top trim level. The highlight of this model is its metallic Comète Grey paint, coupled to 15-inch ally wheels in a new design. Dacia also throws in gloss black door mirror housings and B-pillars.
The same dark treatment is applied inside, where the central trim surround for the NAV system and door grab handles are finished in black.
Prices start at €10,450, with the French dealers allowing customers a choice between three engines: 1.2 16V, TCe 90 and a 90 PS diesel.
Both these special editions will mark their French market launch at the Paris Motor Show next week. They will be joined by two new Dacia models, the Dokker and Lodgy Stepway.
