On the one hand, we have the ultimate version of the old Corvette, the ZR1. It’s the American equivalent of a supercar, with more power than a Ferrari and crude but efficient performance.

On the other hand, you see a glorified pony car, the Shelby Mustang GT500 which has been fitted with 3.4-liter Whipple supercharger for good measure. It now makes 750 horsepower at the wheels, which is probably 900 hp at the crank.

The two are evenly matched before the Shelby develops some sort of fuel problem and loses power.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
