He may be a funny fellow who brings joy to the crowd, but when it comes to his garage things remain quite serious. After all, Forbes ranked him as the third-highest-paid comedian for a reason; he can afford any car, it’s no wonder he went for the most expensive model in the Porsche 911 range.
As far as we can tell, we’re looking at the Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet, which means this funny fellow is also one happy driver. As we all know, the heart of the 911 models is the 3.8-liter boxer twin-turbo engine with variable turbine geometry. For straight sections of road and bends, Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) is standard equipment in the 911 Turbo S models. Before we do discuss further technical details, we should first meet the owner.

The 44-year-old Canadian comedian has started off back when the wall in Berlin was still up. He has since gone on to perform in several countries worldwide. As we mentioned before, according to Forbes he has grown into one of the most successful entertainers in the biz. Peters earned an estimated $15 million between June 2009 and June 2010.

Now, getting back to the wonderful Porsche in question. It’s been recently sent to the custom shop, which means it’s one of the newest vehicles in the comedian’s garage. It may as well be his daily driver, considering there’s nothing bad to it. Take that stunning exterior, for instance.

The wings are higher than the front lid; the 28 extra millimeters at the back compared to the previous generation are designed to look especially powerful. Height and overhangs have been reduced while the wheelbase is 100 mm longer. In human language, all these mean that stability was improved, and the roof line was stretched, offering 911 Turbo models a more powerful and even more sport look that before.

And while we haven't experienced the Cabriolet, you can check out our 911 Turbo S review for the full impressions.
