Citroen Makes Fun of Poorly Equipped Cars in C3 Ad [Video]
This clever little ad, called ‘Bip Bip’ is the brainchild of the H-Paris agency. It stars a young motorist who owns what looks like an Innocenti Mini, which is a re-bodied version of the original Mini. He is tying to emulate all the sounds of a modern car, including those made by the electric mirrors adjusting, the seat belt warning and even the car alarm. It’s not strong enough to make us buy a C3 immediately, but it certainly got our attention.
New Citroen C3s can be specified with a range of convenient driver aids, including cruise control with speed limiter, the new Gear Efficiency Indicator (GEI) that helps drivers maximise fuel economy and even rear parking sensors. The supermini is also available with Citroen's integrated MyWay satellite navigation and multi-media system, which offers European mapping, a wide aspect colour screen, live traffic information and Bluetooth.
Designed with the latest technology to provide for 21st century motoring needs, the car is available with Citroen's integrated MyWay widescreen colour satellite navigation system, as well as USB connectivity for portable media players. The model also benefits from a six-speaker audio system, with the availability of a new eight-speaker Hi-Fi system for theatre-like sound quality.
