A new star has just been born among Citroen's goddesses (DS short for deessse… goddess in French, but we don't have to tell you that). It's the DS3 Cabrio, and it's a bit like the C3 Pluriel, but without the stupid removable pillars, and much better looking.
The car made its official debut last year on home turf, at the Paris Mondial de L'Automobile. The first cars have begun being delivered, and a commercial was released to show just how unique the DS3 Cabrio really is.
If it were us behind this ad, we'd have filled the car with bikini-clad models, but that doesn't exactly resonate with the target audience, which should be 90% woman. Strangely enough, Citroen put a man behind the wheel in the ad, one who feels like a little kid riding on a magical white horse.
Its a 100% original, 100% strange idea. You'd never see this sort of stuff in an Audi commercial, which is just the way the French want it.
