I Want to Drive!... Even if my financial situation is a bit far from tying up with that of my colleague Bach, you probably already know I'm not actually poor either. And that's just to be modest. Yet, I don't like helicopters and I only use planes if I really have to. I'm a fan (age ... Continue reading >

Back in February, Citroen announced the revival of the DS line, a model that was launched during the ‘50s and has fans all around the world. Since then, people were continuously wondering how the new DS – no matter if we’re talking about DS3, DS4 or DS5 – will look like, as the French manufacturer insisting the revived range will excel from most points of view.

Well, Citroen recently rolled out some new official photos with the DS Inside concept, previewing the DS3 model – and especially its interior – which is expected to hit the market in early 2010.

As you can see for yourself in the adjacent photos, the interior boasts all kind of high-quality goodies, including the appealing dashboard, instrument cluster, steering wheel and seats. The car sports premium leather roof in pearlescent ivory with a powder-like finish that sports the DS badge.

To give you an idea, the DS line is a project belonging to British design Mark Lloyd so expect to see the models included in this range sharing multiple styling features. However, please note that we’re here talking about the DS Inside concept so the manufacturer might change some features on the production model expected in 2010.

But speaking about the entire DS range, Citroen is reportedly working on a whole new DS series that will also include a lower-medium mode, codenamed DS4, projected to be launched in the first half of 2011. All models will be particularly focused on fuel efficiency and CO2 emissions and will be a part of Citroen’s strategy to tackle the economic turmoil.
