Chrysler Unveils Anniversary Minivans
The American manufacturer unveiled its first minivan in 1983 and since then, no less than 12 million units were sold in the whole world, Chrysler said in a press statement. Moreover, Chrysler currently owns more than 40 percent of the US minivan market, mostly thanks to very low fuel consumption combined with enhanced aerodynamics.

The special-edition minivans come with new luxurious interiors customized with wood trim on the instrument panel and doors accent satin finishes. In terms of features, the standard equipment includes Chrysler's Stow 'n Go seating and storage system with heated front and second row seats plus 17-inch wheels and a special “25th Anniversary Edition” badge.
Chrysler says its current lineup of minivans is by far the most powerful in its segment, pointing to new technologies such as the Stow 'n Go system or its advanced in-car entertainment systems. Basically, the American carmaker aimed to create a “family room on wheels”, with entertainment features such as a nine-inch dual-DVD system with third-row seats monitors combined with uconnect studios SIRIUS Backseat TV.
