After many months of Hellcat market presence, we're still not sure about Dodge's hyperpowered machine juggling. The SRT people explain the Hellcat is now their halo product, but we know the Viper deserves our attention too. So who should be crowned king of Mopars?
The answer comes from Dodge itself and is delivered in the good old Tug of War form. SRT tied a Challenger Hellcat, a Charger Hellcat and a Viper together and have captured the footage of the resulting mayhem using a drone.

This has all been done in the name of... we don't care. And we're not even bothered this is a remake of the Mopar triumvirate Tug of War we've seen on the Youtube show Roadkill.

For one thing, the tree slabs of America were now gifted with colored tires, so their progress was easier to follow. Well, at least in theory. The tarmac reality showed the three shades of colored smoke mixing.

With the footage coming from a drone, the soundtrack is not exactly up there at ten out of ten, but you can still enjoy the muscle concert and the screaming tires.

Fret not, 1st place fans, just as it happened in the original stunt, we seem to have a winner here. Sure, we can't tell exactly what the driver did in there. But judging by the smoke, they may have the same impression themselves watching the video after the feat was over.

The tire-burning festival took place as part of Roadkill Nights, an event that was powered by Dodge, having taken place at the Silverdome Parking Lot on Wednesday, August 12th.

The fest also included plenty of drag racers that allowed attendees to stretch the legs of their machines and was officially described as a "pop-up car festival," whatever that means.
