You might think that Bugatti's Vision Gran Turismo concept is nothing more than a car for the kids to play with inside a video game. But the hypercar company rarely makes a concept car just for the sake of it, so we are treating it as if it were special.
Will the Vision model inspire the Chiron? We have no idea, but we can show you something right now that's at least as exciting as Bugatti's next hypercar.

25-year old car designer Alex Imnadze was also taken with the shape of the new Bugatti concept car. But he thought the Le Mans racer look had been done way too often and changed it for something that suited his personal style, which revolves around long, clean curves.

Thankfully, the outcome is so good that we believe every car guy will find something enjoyable. If you can forget all about the four turbochargers and the electric propulsion systems promised for the Veyron successor, this new design makes perfect sense.

The shape features a longer nose, the perfect 1:2 ratio between the size of the wheels and the roof and a rear end that screams "Aston Martin".

Well, that's what we see, but the sexy butt of the blue machine might just as well be influenced by the classic Type 57 Atlantic. The designer says his vision, titled Type-6 GT Vision, walks in the footsteps of racing Bugattis from the 1930s and 1940s.

Alexander Imnadze is one of our favorite young car designers. Over the years, autoevolution has featured many of his works, including the BMW M3i Envision, the Maserati Bora and my personal favorite, the front-engined Lamborghini.

You will be pleased to know that his talent and skills have been sharpened at the Turin IED design school in Italy. No wonder his supposedly French car looks so… Italian.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
