We might call this meeting a true "clash of the titans" as both the Bugatti Veyron Vitesse and the silly-fast BMW S1000RR are two incredible vehicles. Sorry, Lamborghini fans, but it looks like the Aventador is there by mistake...
We'd definitely like to see more of the Vitesse versus S1000RR head-to-head racing, both with rolling and standing starts. However, since the rolling start definitely helps the car, we believe that a normal start would give the bike an almost unfair advantage.
Nevertheless, it is great to see that this Bugatti is a very tough competitor for the Bavarian superbike and can definitely do better. In case BMW does not eliminate the limitation on the bike (most likely set to 299 km/h or 185 mph) we know we get to see the Veyron Vitesse owning the bike in the long run.
Anyone knows how to get ride of the BMW S1000RR limiter?
