BMW Z4 Facelift Rendered

There’s nothing particularly bad or good about the current BMW Z4, which is exactly why the Germans need to change everything about it with the next generation. This sort of car is supposed to stir up some sort of emotional response, both esthetically and dynamically.
The last one was a scruff-of-the-neck sort of car, and the Bangle design made it stand out in a crowd of Japanese roadsters that wanted its crown. With no rivals on the market, the new one is a bit of a softie, with luxury as its main focus.

Obviously, going back to the Bangle era is impossible, so what about moving forward and adopting the new grille design that made its appearance with the 2012 F30 3-Series.

Graphics designer Ivan Borison tried to give us an idea of what a 3-Series-looking Z4 would be like, and we have to say that we rather like it. The changes look simple and elegant, giving the car more character at the same time.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
