BMW Vision Concept Video Teaser Released

Especially because, as you will see for yourselves towards the end of the video, the short glimpse of what appears to be a taillight on the Vision presents us with a bit of a predicament. Remember the spyshots showing BMW's new green sports car concept?
The two look nothing like each other, from the little we can distinguish. In fact, BMW did say, following the leaking of the aforementioned spyshots, that that particular car is a concept, an unseen one, but not the Vision... So, the plot thickens.
Still, little remains until BMW will pull the wraps off their "JOY defines the future" vehicle. This "product of sustainable development," as Klaus Draeger, BMW member of the board called it when BMW announced the concept, will become a reality at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show next month.
"The BMW EfficientDynamics Vision will demonstrate how efficient a sports car can be. It will also prove that sustainability does not apply to the drive train alone, but to design and materials as well," Draeger added.
Also from the BMW stable, the new MINI Coupe Concept will also take to Frankfurt. In all, BMW's presence at the event will worth every penny, with not one, but several concepts attending, as well as a bunch of brand new models.
autoevolution will be attending the event, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of these vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions.
