It might not make a lot of sense to those who want a subtle ride, but the 2015 Cadillac Escalade is a grand master of the streets and stands as the benchmark in American luxury. Given how popular the older generations were with the rap scene, it comes as no surprise that Forgiato are backing up a new custom project for the 2015 model, featuring their trademark big wheel set.
Focusing on the SUV's natural sense of class, Innovative Motoring, a Los Angeles tuning company, went for a black and gold theme o convey custom looks. The wheel set chosen are a 26" Forgiato Concavos finished in black with a fat lip and low profile tires.

When GM asked Cadillac engineers to make the 2015 Escalade, they demanded something that's a truck first and a Cadillac second. There's none of that turbocharged small 6-cylinder engine here, as the 6.3-liter V8 has stuck around, now producing 420 horsepower.

Behind the rap music video looks, there's a lot of technology you don't know about, like active wind shutters in the front grille, magnetic ride control and active cruise control that does all the work for you in stop and go traffic. So no matter what Rick Ross and his gang to to their vehicles, we'll still be fans of the 2015 Escalade and what it has to offer.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
